Joachim Baldus is a management and team consultant.
He works as a coach, trainer and consultant for
leaders and teams. As a former department head, he
is highly experienced in the fields of organisation
und personnel in large international financial
institutions.
For more than 20 years, he has been a lay labor
court judge.
His area of focus in consulting and coaching is
supporting managers in difficult situations such as
change, conflicts and separation processes.

Alessandra von Wachter, Dipl.-Psych. M.A., has
worked since 1982 as a supervisor and head of
advanced vocational training as well as a coach und
trainer in profit and nonprofit organizations and in
public institutions. Until 2006 she worked as a
psychotherapist.
The focus of her work is to provide knowledge and
support for leaders and teams in change processes,
to develop and run training measures for managers
and specialists on the topics of communication
skills, teamwork and conflict-solving as well as to
consult in questions of post-merger integration.

Till von Wachter, Ph.D (Economics)., works as an
associate professor for economics at the University
of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Previously he
taught and researched at the Columbia University
(New York). One of his fields of research is the
development of careers dependent on the conditions
of the labor markets. He has worked in detail on the
long-term effects of layoffs and times of
unemployment. His research has been sponsored by
national and international institutions. He
cooperates with a number of international
organizations. His papers are published in academic
journals and reviewed in national and international
newspapers.

Carlo Beeskow, Dipl. social economist is an expert
for organization and human resource development. He,
has twelve years of experience as a CEO of a
mid-sized consulting and training company. Since
1990 he has created and run development processes
for a wide range of industries.
Currently he is working as a consultant, moderator,
coach and trainer in projects of change and
strategic alignment processes of mid-sized and big
companies. Ongoing projects are concerned with
implementing new leadership structure and management
tools in the field of HR.

Regina Tully has worked for many years in management
positions at international banks, located in
Germany, the US, Italy and the UK. Her extensive
expertise has covered relationship management, risk
and credit. She was a Managing Director running a
large risk area before starting her own consulting
firm.
She works with teams and individuals in developing
their customer calling skills and managers to focus
on effective performance management. For over ten
years she has been delivering high level training
and consulting on a broad spectrum from specialized
credit courses to Anti Money Laundering. Her
geographical focus has been Germany, the US and
Canada, however, she has also trained in Russia,
Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia and South Africa.

Anne Wegner works at various universities and holds
a Master of Science in Teaching in English to
Speakers of Other Languages. She works in the fields
of conflict management in transnational cooperation
and intercultural communication.

Gilbert Graf, Master of Advanced Studies, Mediation,
studied at the University of Luxembourg and at the
Swiss IUKB (Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch). He
is Co-Founder of ALMA (Association Luxembourgeoise
de la Médiation et des Médiateurs agréés) and
accredited mediator of the Ministry of Justice in
civil and commercial affairs as well as the Ministry
for Families and Integration in Luxembourg.
He’s an expert in solving conflicts in an
intercultural environment and in the field of
organiziational and quality development, according
to the standards of EFQM (European Foundation for
Quality Management). He teaches as a lecturer at
secondary schools in Luxembourg and works for
companies and institutions in various countries. He
speaks fluent Englisch, German, French and
Luxembourgian.

Ursula Schöbel, M.A., studied sociology and has
worked since 1986 as a coach, supervisor and
organizational consultant. A focus of her activities
in the last few years was in the field of media
management. She has worked on role model
development, performance coaching and career
building. She’s widely experienced in consulting
leaders during professional turning points and
crisis.
Both the development of advanced training modules
and curricula and the target-oriented realization of
these measures are part of her repertoire.
